Job Description
Supervise and oversee staff by adopting a hands-on approach to all aspects of operational responsibility, undertaking floor duties. Ensure that excellent service standards are delivered consistently. Focus on in-house service standards and ensure staff delivers janitorial, cafeteria, parking, transport, support, and maintenance services at all times. Be visible on the floor to act as a supervisor, host, and Vigilance. Ensure all events are set up timely. Ensure adherence to all conditions, health and safety regulations, and any other legislation applicable to the administrative operation. Working with stakeholders, implement and maintain policies, SOPs, work instruction manuals, etc. Adopt a positive approach to problem-solving, supporting the aim to minimize negative feedback from stakeholders.
