Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, including onboarding, terminations, and updating information
- Assist with recruitment activities and employee training sessions
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage employee time off requests
- Preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2-3 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of local labor laws
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong computer skills
