Job Description

Synercon is looking for a committed Admin HR & Finance Assistant to become a vital part of our team. This position involves essential support across multiple functions:

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with recruitment tasks, including job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and facilitate onboarding processes.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Support daily office operations and vendor management.

Finance Support

  • Assist with recording daily expenses and processing invoices.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial summaries and monthly reconciliations.
