Job Description
Future Designz is seeking an experienced Admin & HR Manager to bring our talent and human resources strategy to life. In this role, you will provide guidance to management, supervise the hiring process for qualified candidates, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Your responsibilities will include managing disciplinary actions, recommending internal conduct changes, and enhancing employee connectivity with corporate strategies. You will also champion a high-quality onboarding process and implement training programs for effective recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Location: Lahore (Required to commute or plan to relocate before starting work)
