Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative roles within the fashion textile industry
Job Description:
- Oversee office vehicle management, including maintenance and scheduling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Supervise canteen operations and ensure proper facilities management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with document preparation and filing
- Maintain office records and databases
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management
