Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage monthly sales tax invoices.
- Coordinate with Factory Manager for budget adherence and purchases.
- Compile and maintain office stock reports.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports from supermarket channels.
- Handle customer inquiries across various platforms.
- Oversee facility management tasks and HR-related duties.
- Coordinate meetings and assist in presentations.
- Participate in recruitment process for new roles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or operational roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in budget management and data analysis preferred.
- Familiarity with HR processes and recruitment procedures is a plus.
