Job Description

Dukan.Pk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This position requires excellent office administration, time management, and customer service skills, along with proficiency in data entry and strong problem-solving abilities. Team coordination and conflict resolution are also key components of this role.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing issues before they arise. This position does not involve managing a team, but it does require the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records and files.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Resolve administrative issues and conflicts efficiently and with confidentiality.
  • Support team coordination by liaising with different departments and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
