Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of petty cash expenses.
  2. Maintain accurate petty cash records and monitor day-to-day purchases.
  3. Issue notices and messages for staff, parents, and students.
  4. Supervise mail processing and handle delivery and collection of documents.
  5. Answer calls, welcome visitors, and direct them within the campus.
  6. Maintain student database on School Management System.
  7. Keep records of leave and absences.
  8. Maintain physical records of employment contracts and agreements.
  9. Maintain accurate vocational sale records.
  10. Collect fees, deposit in bank, and send reports to Head Office.

Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters from a reputed university.

Experience: 4 to 6 Years in a similar role.
