Job Description
Responsibilities
- The core duties of an Administrative Officer revolve around supporting others.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, and reports
- Manage filing systems, bookkeeping, and payment records
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate transport-related tasks
- Event planning, meeting setup, and travel arrangements
- Act as the initial point of contact for phone calls and visitors
Required Skill Set:
- Decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
- Relationship-building abilities with customers
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point, Zoom, and Skype
- Knowledge of relevant laws and ISO standards
- Event management and planning experience
