Job Description

Paragon Exchange Pvt Ltd is looking for a qualified male candidate for the position of Administration Officer. This role is essential for managing daily administrative tasks and personnel services to ensure compliance with relevant laws while enhancing overall operational efficiency.

  • Maintain office supply inventories.
  • Update and manage company fixed assets.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for authorities.
  • Generate weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Oversee fleet management activities.
  • Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel is required.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month

Education: Intermediate (Preferred) | Experience: 2 years in a related field (Required) | Location: Lahore (Required)
