Job Description

The role is for a Construction Site, and preference will be given to individuals with experience in managing administrative activities on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall administrative activities.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations, including maintenance of office, accommodations, and Mess.
  • Manage maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, including electrical items.
  • Prepare purchase orders & keep track of procurement and supplies.
  • Manage mess supplies and ensure timely meals for staff.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygienic conditions of offices, mess, and accommodations.
  • Arrange accommodation for new employees.
  • Take daily attendance and report to head office.
  • Handle hiring requirements and employment forms.

Qualifications:

  • BA / BSc
  • 5-10 years of experience
