Job Description
Position: Admin & Operation Assistant
Opportunity Level: Entry / Junior Level
Working Hours: 3 pm to 12 am
Salary Bracket: 45,00 to 55,00 pkr

Mavericks United is seeking a proactive Administrative and Procurement Assistant to support office management and supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage procurement documents and contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Manage office supplies and assist in finance tasks.
- Organize files and databases, schedule meetings, and more.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in admin or procurement roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
- High school diploma required; degree preferred.
