Responsibilities include budget preparation, facility maintenance, utilities management, and safety administration.
Job Description:
- Monthly Expense / Cash Flow Budget Preparation and reporting
- Facility Upkeep / maintenance Planning & Execution
- Utilities Management – Up & running WAPDA, Water, communication
- Backup Power – Uninterrupted supply of Backup Power
- Day to Day Affairs Management
- Housekeeping
- Security Management
- Contracts Management – Mainly Rental, Outsource Vendors etc.
- Reception / Front Desk Supervision
- Incoming / outgoing Couriers Management
- Mess Management
- Support to IEF for arranging Company Events
- Runner Support to HR & F&A – Banks, Insurance Claims, EOBI etc.
Requirements:
- Required Qualification: Graduate / Masters
- Required Total Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Required Technical Skills: MS Office, Basic computer knowledge
