Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the supervisor in procuring and liaising with vendors for office items, vehicles, and meeting arrangements.
  • Support maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure activities of ICAP Lahore office.
  • Coordinate and make arrangements for conferences, workshops, seminars, and events.
  • Assist in implementing security policies and monitor shifts of security team.
  • Maintain records, handle office vehicles, and assist in day-to-day tasks.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum 1 year of working experience in general administration.
  • Excellent task and time management skills, strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills preferred.
