Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient management of office resources, supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage internal and external communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Establish and maintain effective document management systems, including file organization and retrieval procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, timely payment processing, contract renewals, and issue resolution.
- Assist with HR tasks, recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and record maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Support finance and accounting teams with administrative tasks, including invoice processing and budget monitoring.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization.
- Liaise with partners, ensure legal compliance, and source new staff as per business needs.
- Submit timely reports and updates as required by departments.
