About the job
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars.
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
- Streamline office operations, manage correspondence, and coordinate logistics activities.
- Collaborate with finance to process invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure financial records accuracy.
- Assist in month-end financial closing and reporting tasks.
- Create and maintain Excel sheets for expense tracking, budget management, and financial data analysis.
- Act as a liaison between logistics and other departments, facilitating seamless information flow.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as logistics and accounting software.
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Please Note: This is a night shift job, timing 4:30 PM – 3:30 AM
