Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Handle customer emails and calls professionally and promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
- Demonstrate initiative and independent work ethic in task completion.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in accounts receivable and payable management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
- Strong organizational abilities for efficient task management.
- Customer-centric communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with precise data entry and record-keeping capabilities.
