Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Handle customer emails and calls professionally and promptly.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
  • Demonstrate initiative and independent work ethic in task completion.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in accounts receivable and payable management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
  • Strong organizational abilities for efficient task management.
  • Customer-centric communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with precise data entry and record-keeping capabilities.
