Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Administrative Assistant at RUH engineering company. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, providing general administrative support, and assisting with any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
