Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at FirmsTalk. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phones, communication tasks, executive administrative assistance, and clerical duties. While the role is located in Lahore, there is flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
