Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time Administration Assistant role at G & H Financial Consultants located in Islamabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills. This is a hybrid role, meaning the candidate will be primarily located in Islamabad but will have the option to work remotely on occasion.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
