Job Description

Job Purpose

The Back Office Administrator will remotely support administrative tasks for the Dubai admin department from Pakistan. Responsibilities include managing visa processes, utility payments, procurement activities, and ensuring smooth operations.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handle online visa applications and renewals accurately.
  • Manage Dubai Trade portal tasks and track trade activities.
  • Prepare utility payment documentation and ensure timely payments.
  • Conduct market research for procurement quotes and manage supplier coordination.
  • Perform Excel comparisons and maintain accurate back-office documentation.
  • Conduct market research, provide reports, and offer administrative support.

Skills required

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with portals and procurement management is a plus.

Position Qualifications
