Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Lahore. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and general administrative support, including running errands, organizing files/documents, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong clerical skills including proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
