Job Description

We are seeking an organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, handling correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating vendors, and supporting HR and finance tasks.

Qualifications: Minimum two years of administrative experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive mindset.
