Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team in D-12, Islamabad. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of administrative tasks, liaising with external entities, and supporting internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, including processing orders, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.
- Act as a point of contact for government bodies, handling inquiries, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the internal administrative team, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient completion.
- Provide support to HR and Finance departments as needed, including data entry, document management, and administrative tasks.
- Manage office logistics, including maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
