Position: Administrative Specialist

About the role: Assistant Manager Administration

Key responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring administrative operations and provision of HSE support to Head Office.

  • Entering team member data on the Dolmen RIFD portal
  • Coordination with vendors for maintenance activities
  • Maintaining routine office operations by ensuring utilities and housekeeping services, cafeteria management, and general management
  • Managing visa, travel, and fleet services (international and domestic)
  • Coordinating and managing stationary, paper, and medical supplies with Procurement Excellence team
  • Processing maintenance-related invoicing for HO
  • Managing petty cash
  • Managing office guests and material movement ensuring necessary arrangements are made

Photoshoot Alignment:

  • Ensuring in-house studio setup is as per direction from the relevant Creative Success team
  • Arranging out-of-office location and props for photoshoot based on requirements shared by the relevant Creative Success team

Health, Safety & Environment Support:

  • Ensuring regular activities including safety drills and maintenance of all safety equipment

Qualification: Bachelors Degree preferably in management.

Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in Administration and Executive Assistant roles.
