Chongqing Peace and Trust Company is seeking a skilled Administrator to manage office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, documentation, and correspondence, and respond professionally to phone calls and emails. Organizational skills are essential, as this role involves maintaining records and coordinating meetings.
Key responsibilities include preparing reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting HR and finance teams with documentation tasks. Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of experience, be aged 26 to 36 (male only), and possess strong HR and Admin abilities.
