Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team at Entertainer Asia – Vouch365. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and providing administrative support to our team.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
