Job Description
Mukhtar A. Sheikh Hospital (MASH) is a not-for-profit organization in Multan, dedicated to providing tertiary healthcare services. Our mission is to improve the overall quality of life for the people of Southern Punjab.
Qualification: M.Com/MBA/BBA.
Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients / attendants in resolving their queries related to admissions and discharge process.
- Providing financial estimations against the admission request.
- Processing admissions according to policy.
- Facilitating patients/attendants in processing corporate (Insurance) approvals.
- Processing discharges efficiently and effectively including corporate billing.
- Ensuring timely financial recoveries from admitted patients.
- Ensuring smooth communication with all the key stakeholders in hospital.
- Preparing daily reports.
- Assisting in preparing corporate claims.
- Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.
