Job Description
Admissions and Compliance Officer – Pakistan
About the role
The primary responsibility of the Admissions and Compliance Officer is to facilitate the student compliance and credibility assessment process, primarily for Navitas’ colleges in Australia and the UK. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient processing of high-quality applicants within stipulated timelines, while also striving to enhance conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-screening
- Ensure that credibility interviews for applicants are conducted in accordance with the assigned tasks for Admissions and Compliance Officers.
- Share relevant information through the student transcripts and provide further recommendation on the outcome.
Liaise with colleges, agents and students
- Collect any missing or additional documents from students and agents required for assessment to expedite the issuance of offer letters.
- Conduct follow-up calls with students and agents as necessary.
Record Keeping
- Maintain records of handled cases using Salesforce.
- Update the status of each student on Salesforce to promote transparency among team members.
Reporting
- Generate reports as needed to analyze application status and student updates.
- Manage online inquiries and ensure responses to all email inquiries within the given timeframe.
Application Processing
- Oversee compliance processing to ensure adherence to all procedures and guidelines.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Graduate with approximately 3 to 4 years of work experience in study abroad or customer services and compliance.
- Demonstrate high level of customer service orientation.
- High proficiency in communication skills-verbal and written English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an internationally diverse team.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Experience in compliance management, preferably in university admissions.
- Innovative thinking and proactive work habits, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in record keeping, management, and sophisticated reporting.
