Our expert advisors provide guidance and support to students throughout the application process so that they can achieve their academic and career aspirations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing the international admissions process for prospective students applying to UK universities and schools. The Admissions Officer will be required to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with exceptional customer service. The Admissions Officer will also educate students on the various courses and admission processes for UK universities and schools.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills: ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders; good listening, questioning, and negotiating skills
• International Admissions: knowledge and experience of overseeing the international admissions process for students applying to UK universities and schools
• Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor communication styles depending on the audience; strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Customer Service: experience of working in a customer service environment; ability to work under pressure to meet client deadlines; ability to manage and resolve client expectations and queries
• Education: must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field. A Master’s degree or professional qualifications related to admissions, education, or counseling, is an advantage but not required.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
