Job Description
International Industries is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to oversee aftersales operations and ensure customer satisfaction within our dealer network. The ideal candidate will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings. A background in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines is required, along with 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing sector.
We offer a market-competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and a full-time work commitment with a pay range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
