Job Description
International Industries is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor to oversee our aftersales operations. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within our dealer network by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines, with 4–5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing industry.
