Job Description

S.M.J International Industries is seeking an Aftersales Supervisor to oversee aftersales operations and ensure high customer satisfaction within our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage aftersales operations.
- Address customer inquiries.
- Gather product performance feedback.
- Maintain records and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- D.A.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines.
- 4–5 years of aftersales experience.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00/month
