Job Description

We are looking for an Aftersales Supervisor at S.M.J International Industries. The successful candidate will oversee aftersales operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within our dealer network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries and coordinating repairs.
- Gathering product performance feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records of aftersales activities.
Qualifications:
- D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines.
- 4–5 years of experience in aftersales service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
