Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage aftersales operations.
- Address customer inquiries and coordinate service solutions.
- Collect product performance feedback.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical.
- 4–5 years of aftersales service experience.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication with a customer-focused approach.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00/month
