Job Description

Responsible for managing business relationships with external brokerages (agents) and real estate companies in their designated country.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Activate new real estate agents and companies in the designated country and market AZIZI Developments properties and projects.
  • Provide project training, presentations, and marketing tools to potential agents and companies.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing agents and companies.
  • Be the lead point of contact for all matters specific to agents and companies in the designated country.
  • Organize sales events in the designated country.
  • Carry out market research and provide insight on market conditions.
  • Handle disputes or issues faced by agents and companies and report to the team leader.
  • Prepare monthly/weekly reports on agents’ and companies’ performance and activity.
  • Report to Senior Manager on agents’ and companies’ performance and activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional certification/Diploma in management/administration or 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in the UAE and designated country.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate companies’ activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both the local language and English.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects, including external agents and companies.
  • Excellent computer skills, mainly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
