Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor staff, including agronomists and extension workers.
- Design and coordinate agricultural training programs.
- Provide expert advice on crop management and livestock care.
- Engage with local farmers and organize outreach programs.
- Assess program effectiveness and prepare reports.
- Oversee budget and manage procurement of agricultural resources.
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience: 2 years as Agriculture Center InCharge (Required)
