Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for contract negotiation, procurement of land to lease within Nankanasahib, and managing the leased land. The candidate must have the ability to identify land for agriculture, evaluate soil and water health, and negotiate leasing contracts.
Qualifications:
- Lease procurement skills
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Experience in managing overall farm yields
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Agronomy is preferred to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Experience working in the agriculture industry is a must.
- Must have experience managing agri farms at a corporate level.
