Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an AHRM – BW & PC (RYK). As a key member of our organization, the AHRM – BW & PC (RYK) will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the human resources management, specifically in the areas of benefits and payroll.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of benefit programs and payroll processes, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with employees and management on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing benefit strategies and programs
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Managing employee data and records
- Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues
- Monitoring compliance with labor regulations
- Collaborating with other HR teams to provide comprehensive HR support
