Job Description
Flatgigs is looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our team! As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to enhance our products and services. You will collaborate with data analysts and software engineers, analyze large datasets, and contribute to optimizing operations and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-based applications
- Implement algorithms to improve performance
- Analyze large datasets for actionable insights
- Research advanced AI algorithms
- Document processes and technical specifications
- Monitor model performance and iterate on design
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in AI or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of AI or machine learning experience
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with NLP and/or computer vision
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in reinforcement learning or deep learning
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
