Job Description
Qualification: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in airport management, aviation, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in airport operations or a similar role.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe and efficient airport facilities operation.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve customer service issues promptly.
- Assist in managing emergency situations and ensure a swift response.
- Conduct regular inspections of airport facilities and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and airport policies.
- Prepare reports on airport activities and incidents.
- Maintain communication between airport management, airlines, and regulatory authorities.
