Job Description

Inbox Business Technologies, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is currently seeking a skilled AM Coordination to join our team. As an AM Coordination, you will work closely with the CPO to ensure successful service delivery to our clients. This role involves maintaining client relationships, managing projects from planning to execution, and possessing excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of coordination between multiple teams within the Programs Department.
• Assist the CPO in scheduling tasks and activities.
• Facilitate coordination between team leads and follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Minute meetings and assist in organizing stakeholder engagements.
• Collaborate with the account management team to implement and manage projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Participate in activities such as proposal development and client presentations.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, business, IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
