Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly efficient and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an AM Customer Services – Modern Trade. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our modern trade customers.
Your main responsibilities will include analyzing customer needs, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis. You will also work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the modern trade sector, is highly preferred.
