Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of AM/DM Industrial Engineering at Sadaqat Limited. If you are passionate about driving operational excellence in manufacturing, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee industrial engineering activities in home textile made-ups section
- Develop and implement engineering solutions for operational efficiency
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve production processes
- Collaborate with teams to implement lean manufacturing principles
- Provide technical expertise to resolve production issues
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of textile processing engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) preferred
