Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years of expertise in:
- End to end Talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Conducting comprehensive job analyses and crafting KPIs-based job descriptions.
- Facilitating objective setting and executing performance appraisals.
- Conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA), curating a robust Training Calendar, and managing the Training Budget.
- Orchestrating employee engagement initiatives.
