Artistic Denim Mills Ltd (ADM) is a public listed Premium Denim Producer based in Karachi Division. Established in 1993, ADM has a current capacity of three million yards of fabric and one million pairs of jeans per month. ADM is a complete vertical unit that converts cotton to finished garments.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AM/DM Washing at Artistic Denim Mills Ltd. The AM/DM Washing will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day washing operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing the washing processes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in washing operations management
- Knowledge of denim washing techniques and processes of shading, mixing & matching.
- Ability to analyze and improve washing processes
- Attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and team management skills
- Experience in a textile or garment manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field is preferred.
