Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for an Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s HR policies and practices, including recruitment and staffing, benefit administration, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the administrative functions of the organization, such as facility and vendor management, and developing and implementing cost-saving procedures that benefit the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 2+ years of progressive HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefit administration
- Experience in administrative functions such as facility and vendor management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Urdu
- Thorough understanding of Pakistani HR laws and regulations
