Job Description
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation in Textile from a reputable institute
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the textile industry (preferably Denim) with at least 2 years in the Bangladesh Market
Job Responsibilities:
- Timely response within two to three business hours to ensure prompt query resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Careful management of complaints under HOD guidance, coordinating with the Production and Quality Head for effective resolution.
- Liaison with sales & marketing to comprehend order requirements, ensuring smooth coordination from order placement to finalization without affecting planned shipment dates.
- Circulation of monthly and weekly dispatch plans to PPC and export departments to meet on-time shipment targets.
- Coordinating with sales & marketing for shipment extensions, ensuring accurate communication of revised dates to clients and internal departments.
- Thorough validation of information in each sales order to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinated involvement across all departments from order receipt to dispatch stages.
- Collaborating with sales & marketing for operational issues in bulk production, seeking approval for necessary changes.
