Job Description
Position Purpose
To manage daily dispatch operations while aligning efforts with sales team to ensure safe delivery of products to markets with quality compliance. Develop competitive edge in transportation services with customer and contracted transporters.
Job Description
- Strict compliance to Company policies & procedures.
- Follow safety and environmental responsibilities.
- Contribute to sales plans and targets.
- Collect competition freights and control area violations.
- Build professional relationships with transporters.
- Identify daily operational issues and recommend solutions.
- Supervise dispatch operations for error-free deliveries.
- Prepare dispatch reports and other required reports.
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelors / Masters / Graduate
- 01 to 04 years of experience
Specific Requirements
- Willing to Travel as per business needs.
- Relationship building skills.
- Report development and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
