Job Description
AM Perfect Store is currently looking for qualified individuals to join our team. As an Assistant Manager (AM) at AM Perfect Store, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer service.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in the retail industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
